I’ve done a few rounds of Whole30 a few years ago and felt pretty great in my body while doing so. I did it to try to manage anxiety. This time I am interested in losing some weight and I also want to reset my relationship with food. I’ve been eating a lot of sugar.
I am also interested in seeing what comes up for me in terms of stress. I think I have been trying to manage my stress with food. I am a little nervous about what’s going to come up for me. But last time I didn’t have thought work and now I am better equipped at handling my emotions.
